Fully automated raw milk receiving and HTST pasteurization process control system for gourmet mozzarella cheese production. 60 GPM process system with heating, cooling and pressure control loops. System start up and valve routing logic including sequencing of 6 finishing vats. Fully integrated external CIP for the raw receiving system and integral CIP controls for the pasteurizer. Ethernet networking for system to system communication and MCC remote I/O.
